General Manager and Organiser of the MSFFD, Cassandra Stanford, said that continued improvements and the evolution of the event has ensured continued success. "We make it a priority to ensure we keep up to date and relevant. The event has evolved a lot over the 42 years to encompass much more than it did in 1977, she said. "We are focused on innovation and sustainability, so to remain relevant we need to keep up with the innovative and new sustainable practices as they evolve, and we try to include something that will interest every possible visitor".
