Ashley Cross, aged 25, of Bunderra Street, Gulgong, was fined a total of $1200 and disqualifed for a further 12 months.
At about 1pm on Wednesday, April 3, 2019, she was stopped while driving in Colyton. A check of her licence revealed she had been disqualified from August 8, 2018, until May 28, 2019.
During a search of the vehicle officers found a man's bank card. Cross told them that it was lent to her by her uncle, who was incarcerated.
However, a check found that the victim had recently reported a fraudulent transaction. She then claimed to have found the the card at a bus stop.
