This comes after a two-week extension due to an overwhelming amount of public interest in both DAs.
The Mudgee Guardian reached out to Mid-Western Regional Council for an update on the DA process and how many submissions were received.

A spokesperson for Council did not say how many submissions were received and simply reiterated that the DAs are currently being reviewed.
'Submissions to the respective DAs are being reviewed as part of the assessment. These submissions will form part of a report submitted to the Joint Regional Planning Panel for determination,' the spokesperson said.
'Council cannot provide information on these submissions whilst the assessment is underway,'
The applications will not be determined by Council. As a result, Council nominated two representatives to sit on the Joint Regional Planning Panel. Councillors Paul Cavalier and Russell Holden were both placed on the panel, they were not involved in any Council proceedings related to the developments at previous meetings.
