Sales and Marketing Manager at Anytime Fitness, Mudgee, Julie Medved, took the Mudgee Guardian on a tour of the facilities on offer in the new space which she says is multiple times larger than their previous space on Mortimer Street.
Julie said they'd - for a long time - heard the feedback from members that they wanted an even larger space with more equipment and everyone is stoked it's finally happened.
We have probably triple the amount of parking spaces out the front and along the side of the building and it's unlimited.

"As the Mudgee community has been growing, we believed it would be great to build a bigger gym. A lot of time and money has been invested to make it feel premium, especially for a smaller town like Mudgee," Julie said.
How much bigger is the space? Julie says it's hard to say exactly but reckons it's at least 200 sqm larger than the Mortimer Street site.
"That's pretty much double the size of the older space, we have extra things like showers too so in peak times people won't be stuck waiting around before or after work," Julie said.
Jule says the size of the new Mudgee site actually makes it probably the largest in the region with its next closest cousin in size, an Anytime gym at Warner's Bay on the coast.
Julie says one of the biggest headaches at the previous site was limited parking time and space on Mortimer Street. While it might not look like it, there is actually more parking at the new site than there was previously at the old one.
"Being in town, it was difficult for people to find parking. Now we have probably triple the amount of parking spaces out the front and along the side of the building and it's unlimited," Julie said.
The move took a couple of weeks which left members without their gym, but Julie says the feedback has been largely positive.
As for the old space? He can't say much just yet, but Clint Ramien from S&S Meats next door said to get excited.
"We are really thrilled to be bringing something new and exciting to the Mudgee community," Clint said.
"Over the past 15 years our passion and focus has been to deliver high quality meat and smoked goods, and we felt that our current premises haven't allowed us to fully showcase what we have to offer. The new refurbishment and expansion will allow us to do this and more, introducing a new and exciting shopping experience for all our valued and new customers."
