Heta was reported for a high shot in the two blues' massive win over Lithgow Workies last weekend, but he wasn't charged after the match review committee determined he had no case to answer for.
As a result he didn't have to front the judiciary and hasn't picked up any carry over points, the same can't be said for Mudgee captain-coach Jack Littlejohn.

He wasn't reported during last weekend's draw with Mudgee but the match review committee slapped Littlejohn with a moderate striking charge afterwards, the Dragons' captain-coach gave Cowra's Brydon Ramien a little extra attention in a tackle.
He took the early guilty plea and while he won't miss any games, he does take 75 carry over points from the charge.
It remains unconfirmed whether Lithgow's Jono Van Veen and Andrew Bain have taken the early guilty plea after being charged last week, if they decide to contest their charges they'll face the judiciary on Thursday night.
