The Property Shop's annual Tradies Night this year passed a decade and is nearing the milestone of raising $200,000 for the local community - neither of which would be possible without the support that the event continues to receive.
"It started back as just a bit of a 'thank you' to tradespeople that we deal with as a business and we thought it was also a good opportunity to raise money for local charities," Property Shop director, Andrew Palmer, said.
"And it's just grown and evolved year on year as time's gone on, and taken a bit of a different shape."
It's actually quite humbling to see the generosity of all of the people involved, that they keep fronting up.

Since 2009 over $196,000 has been raised. With these funds being distributed to nominated local organisations including; the Mudgee Rescue Squad's campaign to replace their truck; Mudgee Hospital Auxiliary; the PCYC; Can Assist; and this year, Lifeskills Plus.
Andrew said that what's particularly "humbling" is the ongoing support from those that look forward to the night every year - to the point where some were worried when it was moved on the calendar.
"Many of the people who support the night have been doing so since day dot. And they turn up every single year and are always willing to donate and support the event," he said.
"And a massive 'thank you' to HIC, they came on board two years ago as an official sponsor and have become huge supporters of the event.
"But other local businesses and individuals who donate items to be sold and come along and buy, have also been there for a long time as well.
"It's actually quite humbling to see the generosity of all of the people involved, that they keep fronting up.
"We send the invites out every year and because we didn't have one in October, shifting the date, people were wondering what had happened. Because they look forward to it."
This year the event was held in June, which was to give extra some space to other local fundraising events in the October/November period.
The first ever winter Tradies Night - complete with fire pit - was a success and raised $25,000 that will go to Mudgee's Lifeskills Plus, as well as a local family who has young son with Duchenne disease.
