Cassandra-Lee Leonard, aged 33, of Winbourne Street, Mudgee, was sentenced for 'Drive recklessly/furiously or speed/manner dangerous'.
At about 2.15pm on Wednesday, May 8, 2019, she drove into the car-park behind Target via the Church Street entrance at speed - scraping the vehicle in doing so - and proceeded to the adjacent dirt area.
Once there she has performed three "donuts", before breaking briefly to talk to a nearby group of people, then resuming. The second time almost hitting a man in the group.
Witnesses working in nearby businesses recorded the vehicle's number plates and called police. As officers were speaking with the witnesses, Leonard - who had parked the vehicle - drove away.
However, she was later found at Byron Place. Police noted that at the time of the offence - early afternoon - there were a significant number of people and parked vehicles in the vicinity.
