After successfully launching Cade Kitchen & Bar at the start of September to an eager community, executive chef Renee Cade has now launched her anticipated dinner menu.
Renee said she's really looking forward to welcoming dinner guests.
"I am really looking forward to welcome dinner guests now, we will start with Monday, Tuesday and Fridays nights from 21st October, we will then introduce 6 nights a week shortly after," she said.
"My team and I are passionate about providing Mudgee locals and visitors with another welcoming, enjoyable and quality dining option,"
"I am exceptionally grateful for the outpouring of support that the local community and recent influx of visitors have given us since we opened and I am thrilled by the way my hardworking staff have embraced their new roles and our new venue."
You will find Cade Kitchen & Bar at Corner Market & Perry Streets (The old Wineglass premises). Dinner bookings are preferred. Call on 02 6372 7245.
Have you driven down Perry Street recently and wondered what was going on in the old Wineglass space?
After just a week and a half, newly-minted Restaurant Manager and Chef, Renee Cade and her team have gently taken the wraps off Cade Kitchen and Bar.
It's been a quick turnaround and certain surprises are still developing, but the interior of the restaurant has been given new life with an adjusted layout, some new furniture and eye-pleasing greenery.

Initially offering breakfast and lunch, Renee said Cade Kitchen and Bar is aiming to cater to a younger audience than before while still maintaining the elegance people remember, like the new stable doors.
"It will cater a lot more for the younger generation. It's got that touch of elegance still, but the Wineglass did lose that for a bit.
So I just wanted to bring it back," she said. "The stable doors, you didn't really notice it but it's a beautiful part of the building and they were only imitation stable doors, so they had to be completely redone to make them able to open out."
