Keith King has been a Mudgee supporter since 2004 and says when the red and white outfit play, they play as a team and with one goal - to win.
"They really do magic work, I didn't expect them to get this far but they hung in there," King said.
"Even when they're not winning, they play as a team.
"They do have their good and bad seasons but this year is a good one."
King says one of the reasons the side have done incredibly well this season is due to their newly appointed captain-coach, Jack Littlejohn.
"Their playing coach makes a big difference because he's out there controlling the game and telling them what to do and where to go, you've got to have that vocal speaker on the ground," he said.
Keith is confident the Dragons will get the win but says Panthers won't go down without a fight.
"You've got to give credit where credit is due, the other side are good too," King said.
"I'm hoping and praying Mudgee win."
If you've ever wondered who that person is who runs out ahead of the Mudgee players each game, it's Russell Moriarty and he too is confident the Dragons will be crowned the 2019 premiership.
"I'm pretty confident, I think they boys will get up," he said.
Sure the Panthers have been the best team this year, but it is a grand final, you never know what's going to happen.
- Russell Moriarty
Russell, who goes to all of the Dragons' training sessions, says his side is in good shape, with Littlejohn making all the difference on the field.
"They've been looking good, they're ready to go," he said.
"He's [Jack Littlejohn] been great this year, he really is something.
"I think the boys have got this."
