Among those were their first gold medals at the show, which were awarded for the two sweet-flavoured cherry products - Cherries in Vermouth and Cherries in Cinnamon and Orange. With the the port vermouth made by Pieter van Gent winery - just around the comer from the orchard - and the oranges grown at Gooree Park.
While their Pickled Cherries - popular among the youngest Roths - earned a silver medal.
Cherry grower and producer, Ingrid Roth, said that it was a good feeling to get a ringing endorsement from such an esteemed show.
"Remembering the first time we entered, just getting something is amazing," she said. "Because we were thinking we'd enter to get a bit of feedback, but to then come away with medals you think 'the judges must think it's pretty good'.
"It's an endorsement from someone who knows what they're talking about. And this is pretty much the top show in Australia".
These awards recognise the cherry products that they grow and make under the "Rothwood" label. They earned their first silver at the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show back in 2017.
The Roth Family are known locally for their Mudgee grown cherries, pick-your own experiences and cherry fundraiser drives. Now earning Sydney Royal medals recognises their local farm-to-table cherry products as a leader within the fine food industry.
Hosted by the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW, the competition aims to promote excellence in agriculture amongst all industry stakeholders. There are an extensive array of competitions each year, shining a light on Australia's greatest and most deserving producers.
The local cherry orchard is in bloom now and signs are looking to a promising cherry season ahead, with the Roth family again opening the orchard to visitors in season.
