The Midwest cricket representative season gets underway this Sunday (October 13) with the first match in the Western Zone Premier league game to be against Dubbo, at Gulgong's Victoria Park commencing 10am.
The Midwest is the new combined representative side, made of up players from the new Midwest cricket competition covering Mudgee, Gulgong, Goolma and Coolah teams.
Team details will be announced closer to the date.
The representative colours are maroon and royal blue in a nod to both Mudgee and Gulgong Cricket Associations. Representative baggy caps will be numbered with each player receiving a players' number.
