Wayne Raymond Mack of Bunbury Road, Bocoble, pleaded guilty to four charges when he appeared in Mudgee Local Court via Audio Visual Link (AVL) last Wednesday.
The 53-year-old had initially been charged on April 10, 2018, and had been refused bail since first appearing before court the following day.
As he was being brought up on the AVL, Magistrate David Day asked, "is this the Mr Mack of Broken Hill correctional facility who's been languishing for more than a year?" Having previously commented on the length of time the defendant has been in custody on a prior date.
He has been committed to Dubbo District Court on Friday, November 22, 2019, to appear via AVL.
