Police are investigating the theft of 10 firearms from a safe on a rural property about 50km north west of Mudgee.

The owner told police he left the property Sunday 13 October 2019 and arrived home on Saturday 19 October at 6am, to find the gun safe forced open and 10 firearms missing.
A crime scene was established at the rural property on Yarrabin Road at Twelve Mile and an investigation has begun by detectives attached to Orana Mid-Western Police District.
The firearms stolen are:
- Combination rifle/shotgun .22/20G
- Single barrel shotgun 410G Stevens
- Single barrel shotgun Browning 12G
- Single barrel shotgun 12G CBC
- Double barrel shotgun 12G
- Double barrel shotgun 12G
- Rifle Remington 700 .222
- Rifle Mossberg 341 .22
- Rifle Baikal TOZ .22
- Rifle Lithgow .22
