When Anytime Fitness vacated the site earlier this year, speculation was ride in town about what would become of the space.
Clint says they took the plunge once the Anytime Fitness site became available.
"Jenny and I have been working on ways to better showcasing the amazing meat and products we have on offer. So, when the opportunity to acquire the Anytime Fitness premises came up..." Clint said.
"We cannot wait for all of our customers to see our new butcher shop. We believe we will have something for all meat and seafood lovers and tempting small goods from our Little Mudgee Smokehouse range as well,"
"Our team are excited, and we are sure that our customers will be too."
A grand opening originally slated for earlier in the month has been postponed until further notice.
