The visitors won the toss and set 140 for victory, with top knocks by Graham Unicomb (49) and Brad Mitchell (38). Kyle Baldwin claimed three scalps at the expense of 26 runs.
Coolah lost eight wickets in the chase, with openers Nathan Duce and Shaun Burgess removed for 25 and 14 respectively and four batsmen removed for ducks. As Alan Seis (3/22) and Jordan Thompson (2/26) tore through the order.
However, man of the match Greg Reid's 45 n.o guided them home, with Sam Wesley (21) and Steve Gilbert (19) chipping in, as the Hurricanes hit 142 with only two left to bowl.
