Saleyards Lane will be closed from 7.30am to 3.45pm on Tuesday, 10 December and Wednesday, 11 December.
Resident access and access to the Gowrie Childcare Centre will be available via the Castlereagh Highway.
From Thursday, 12 December to Friday, 13 December the road will reopen under traffic control.
Council apologises for any inconvenience.
