With her parents living an hour and a half away from Mudgee, Snook has made plenty of visits to the region, and on Friday she will return once again with her fiance, Home and Away star, Hugo Johnstone-Burt.
"We will certainly be there, we are both so looking forward to it," she said.
"I have been to Mudgee many times before. My parents both live in Dubbo so I know the area quite well and I have to say, myself and our friends have invested a lot of time in the Mudgee region in recent years, we love it."
While the Broken Hill native has not made an appearance at a Mudgee Cup before, she says after some encouragement from the 'Male Model from Mudgee' Ken Suttcliffe, this year had to be the year.
"I've grown up in the country my whole life so race meets are something I've been going to for the last 30 odd years and they're just fantastic," Snook said.
Once you get me to these things, it'll be hard to get rid of me.

"Kenny [Sutcliffe] has talked about it for many years now and I have always said it's something I want to get to."
Snook has high hopes for numbers on the day, and adds that the event will provide the opportunity for a temporary distraction from the relentless drought.
"I'm expecting a good turn out, good people, good racing and some good fashion because I know what the ladies and gents out west can produce," she said.
"It's also such a nice time to get people together with the drought taking such a huge toll on everyone out there.
It's a good chance to get people together and maybe forget for a few hours and escape, it lifts spirits.
The Mudgee Cup will be held on December 6 at the Mudgee Racecourse with the first race to jump at 1.05pm.
