Jordana Lucas of Lions Drive, Mudgee, was convicted and placed on a two-year order and disqualified for a further 12-months.
She was charged with 'Larceny' and 'Enter inclosed land not prescribed premises without lawful excuse' following an incident on the morning of Saturday, August 3, 2019.
At about 11.45am, the 21-year-old was part of a group that drove into a Yarrawonga property in a ute. CCTV at the location showed the four people load various items into the vehicle, with Lucas taking a potted plant.
The victims returned home and noticed the chain that had locked the gate was cut. They reviewed the CCTV footage and contacted police.
Lucas was charged with 'Drive motor vehicle during disqualification period' and 'Driver or rider state false name or home address', after being stopped by police on the M2 at Carlingford on the evening of Friday, September 6, 2019.
When asked to hand over her licence, she searched her wallet then said "I don't have it on me". She gave a name that officers checked, which was of a woman that slightly resembled her but wasn't an exact match.
They also noticed that she was holding her arm over her head while they were using the mobile data terminal. Lucas handed over a different card and a check of her actual identity showed that she was disqualified for one year from August 21, 2019.
