It's going to be another hot long weekend in the region with the Mudgee Guardian forecast predicting tops of 33 degrees on Saturday and Sunday and 31 on Monday.
Despite the heat there won't be a shortage of events for people of all ages. Whether you're a car buff, movie lover or just keen on some wine.

Kandos Street Machine and Hotrod Show
The popular event is back and bigger than ever. Last year Stacey Walker, Public liaison for Kandos Street Machine Committee says its still as big as ever.
The festival has become synonymous with the Australia Day weekend in the minds of many festival-goers.

The Cellar by Gilbert's Australia Day Eve party
Saturday from 6.30pm
The Cellar will be hosting an Australia Day Eve party which will see $1 from all bottle sales on the night being donated to the Australian Red Cross as well as funds raised from an auction.
