While Andus Honeysett's 28 was the top score for the visitors, there were enough contributors - Mark Doherty (23), Tom Doherty (15), Peter Doherty (12) - to post a defendable total.
Although, they did get some assistance with an extra 21 from the Hurricanes' bowlers.
Greg Reid claimed 5-22 off his eight overs for the home side, sending five of the top six batsmen back to pavilion in the process.
The other scalps were claimed by John Esdaile (2-11, off seven overs), Hugh Wesley (2-15, off five), and Sam Wesley who closed the innings with his 1-30 off 7.3.
However, Coolah capitulated with the bat, with none of their batsmen hitting double figures.
Furthermore, only Shaun Burgess (9), Steve Gilbert (9), Sam Wesley (9), and Troy Clarke (8), returned from the crease with any runs to their names.
Polar Bears Ashley Honeysett (4-20, off seven overs), Damian Doherty (3-11 off five), and Shaun Doherty 2-3 off 1.2), made it a short afternoon, wrapping it up in just over 13 overs.
In the round's other match, a strong chase lead by Andrew Best (82 n.o) gave Mudgee a home win over Centennial at Victoria Park.
The Vikings set 141 for victory, Shubham Sharma top scored late in the innings with 29 n.o, alongside Oliver Hollow (28 n.o), with Jason Hollow (20), Dion Hollow (17), and Ben Campbell (15), chipping in.
Eight Tiges rolled the arm over, with wickets claimed by Adam Coughlan (2-20, off six overs), James Fisher (1-14, off six), James Rayner (1-6, off five), James Forbes (1-14, off three), Adrian O'Reilly (1-22, off two).
They only lost two batsmen in response - Tom Lawson for 28 off the bowling of Lucas Lillewhite-Minett and Ryan Bannerman run out for 24 - as Best and Coughlan (7 n.o) brought it home in 20 overs.
Bowlers Bullets had the bye.
