The incident involving a tanker from the Eulomogo brigade happened about 3.30pm on Sunday on the Eulomogo Road.
Investigations by both NSW Police and NSW RFS into the cause of the rollover were under way, NSW RFS Orana team manager Lyndon Wieland said on Monday.

He said there was only one person on board the tanker, which was on a maintenance run at the time and was not responding to a call-out.
The driver had some abrasions and was taken to hospital by NSW Ambulance for mandatory tests, Superintendent Wieland said.
The "extensively damaged" tanker was being inspected by Roads and Maritime Services on Monday for roadworthiness, which was normal procedure, he said.
"We're very thankful the volunteer driver of the vehicle was not seriously injured," Superintendent Wieland said.
NSW RFS Orana crews responded to numerous jobs at the weekend, among them calls to trees across roads and trees struck by lightning.
