It has become somewhat of a habit for CrossFit Mudgee to donate time, money and workouts for causes and they'll be back at it again this weekend.

Seventeen pairs of CrossFitters will head to Dubbo on February 8 to compete in the Dubbo Classic, an annual event that welcomes teams from all across the region.
The two day event will feature four workouts on the Saturday, followed up by one workout on the Sunday as part of the Jake Walton Classic.
All funds raised will be donated to the McGrath Foundation and the Mudgee team have a special way of making that relatively obvious on a visual scale thanks to Halex Laser.
"All the proceeds go to the McGrath Foundation hence our boob shirts, we've tried to make a bit of fun with it," CrossFit Mudgee coach Pete Lovett said.
"The CrossFit community does a lot of fundraising so we always try to do our part, we like to give back to the community."
Preparation has been key for the 34 manned squad with Lovett suggesting it's the best way to know what you're in for.
"We've been training and finding our partners and working out with them. It's good to be able to do the workout so you know what to do on the day," he said.
Obviously there's podiums and cash prizes and all of that stuff but most of all, it's to just go for fun.
