- Sportsperson of the Year - Ben Harris (touch football)
- Under 13s Sportsperson of the Year - Tom Rich (lawn bowls)
- Under 18s Sportsperson of the Year - Alesha Bennetts (athletics)
- Senior Sportsperson of the Year - Ben Harris (touch football)
- Masters Sportsperson of the Year - Alison Wilson (hockey)
- Athlete with a Disability - Jarrod Emeny (wheel chair basketball)
- Under 13s Team of the Year - St Matthews Year 6 Netball Team
