The Write Stuff: teen writing group. Come along and play with words, create stories and learn new creative techniques. All teens looking to write (in any genre!), share ideas and develop their craft in a supportive environment are welcome to attend. Third Tuesday of each month from 3:45-4:45pm in Mudgee Library. The Australian Red Cross Mobile Blood Donor Centre will be visiting Rylstone Showground on Tuesday, February 18 from 9am to 2.15pm. If you haven't already made an appointment to give blood, you can book a donation online https://www.donateblood.com.au/ or call on 13 14 95. 1 in 3 Australians will need blood, but only 1 in 30 donates. Donated blood helps cancer patients, people with blood disorders, mothers-to-be and newborn babies, as well as trauma and surgical patients.

Mid-Western Regional Council Meeting from 5.30pm. Mid-Western Regional Council generally holds regular meetings once a month on the third Wednesday. Occasionally Council holds extraordinary meetings. These are Council meetings held outside the normal meeting cycle, most often to consider matters of an urgent nature.

An old time dance in aid of the Baird Institute for heart and lung surgical research. It will be held at Gulgong bowling club from 12.30pm to 4.30pm. There will be a lucky door and raffle prizes. Please bring a plate to share. $10 admission, for enquiries call Pat on 6372 6619.
CDWMA - FEB Training Day. After the beautiful arrival of rain in the region washed out our orignially planned FEB Training day we have decided to give it another go! From 9am at the Australian Rural Education Centre at 267 Ulan Road, Bombira. Tickets from www.allevents.in.

Ladies Art and Wine Night from 7pm. Join the team at Mudgee Art House for a Ladies Art and Wine EveningDon't miss their monthly art evenings where you and your friends can splash into the creative side of life and enjoy a casual drink as the creativity unfolds. Workshops at Mudgee Art House are available for those aged over 18 years where little to no artistic skills are required. Mudgee Show and Rodeo. Popular rides and side shows, reptile displays, juggling and a lumberjack show, as well as a busy program of ring events and colourful pavilion displays. The Mudgee Show is their district on exhibition. It promotes not only the fine produce from the area, the talent of local craftspeople and the expertise of local animal husbandry; the Mudgee Show shows off the people of Mudgee and surrounding region to their greatest advantage.
