A 41-year-old man will face charges after cannabis worth almost $370,000 was seized at a property near Mudgee last week.

According to police, at about 9.30am on Thursday April 9, officers attached to Mudgee Target Action Group executed a search warrant at a property on Grattai Road, Erudgere, 13km west of Mudgee.
During the search, officers say they located and seized 106 cannabis plants, 8.3kg cannabis, drug paraphernalia, mobile phone, numerous heat lamps, transformers, potting mix and fertiliser.
The man was arrested and taken to Mudgee Police Station.
He was charged with cultivate cannabis, cultivate prohibited plant, possess cannabis, possess prohibited plant, possess prohibited drug, use/consume/waste electricity without authority and supply cannabis.
According to police, the cannabis has an estimated potential street value of $368,000.
The man was given conditional bail to appear at Mudgee Local Court on Wednesday 17 June 2020.
