The idea is to show just how much the Mudgee CBD has changed over the years. And this could bee seen with buildings that are substantially different now, think the Property Shop's current location, or somewhere that was a complete knockdown-rebuild - such as Kelletts prior to Big W.

Mudgee Historical Society's archives are fantastic and deep, but there's bound to be even more photos out there in the hands of locals.

Pubs not included...yet
While local pubs are within the spirit of this project they won't be included. That's because Mudgee's history of pubs is too vast and will be its own series in the future.
In the meantime, you can check out a handful of historical photos of local pubs that were released as part of a project from the Australian National University (ANU) Archives HERE.
