Due to coronavirus restrictions, only 20 people will be permitted to attend.
The Brumbies were established earlier in the year after club president, Guy Pascoe came up with the idea last season, with the aim to acknowledge the areas a majority of players reside in outside of Mudgee.
"Last year I approached some of the senior members in the open's team and discussed a possible name change with them incorporating the district rather than just Mudgee," Pascoe said in an earlier interview with the Mudgee Guardian.
"I thought it was more appropriate that we incorporate those areas as well."
The change was made official on January 29, 2020.
