The Mudgee Guardian have worked with MJRL to profile some players who were ever so looking forward to getting back on the field.

This is the fourth and final of multiple junior rugby league features.

Are you excited to be playing rugby league?

I am so keen to get back into the footy season. We have two new coaches which is exciting and a great group of girls.

Were you worried that you wouldn't be able to play this year?

Yes, I was worried about not being able to play any sport with my friends this year so it's great the season is starting up for all sports.

What is your favourite thing about rugby league?

My favourite thing about rugby league is being able to play a sport I love with my mates. I also love the travelling to new towns for away games.

Are you excited to be playing rugby league?

Yes, I'm so excited to get back into the game.

Were you worried that you wouldn't be able to play this year?

I was very worried about football being cancelled as I was really looking forward to the upcoming season. I'm really glad we can finally play.

What is your favourite thing about rugby league?

My favourite part of footy is playing with my friends and training during the week.

Are you excited to be playing rugby league?

I'm so excited to get back into footy. I'm looking forward to training starting and finally being able to play on Saturday's.

Were you worried that you wouldn't be able to play this year?

I was nervous and worried we were not going to be able to play this year. I didn't play in 2019 so I'm happy to be back.

What is your favourite thing about rugby league?

My favourite part about playing rugby league is playing a sport I love and playing it with my friends.
