It was a changing of the guard, so to speak, with four members taking up new positions.
Tom Dudley stood down as Chair of the Shed after many years in the role, and it is with enormous gratitude that the group thank him for his input into the running of the Shed.
The new chair, Neil Giggins, thanked all the members that took up roles in the running of the Shed.
He highlighted the slow down in income during this trying time but emphasised that the current programs for health and well-being will be maintained.
The Shed has been and is a haven for those men looking for male camaraderie, biscuits and bull and an artistic outlet for untapped talent.
Wood and metal work workshop are currently run, as are training in the use of equipment and recently lead lighting classes as well as new gym classes.
The Shed is open Monday and Wednesday between 9am and 3pm and on Friday morning from 9am to 11am for gym classes.
Come out and see Jim Reed or Colin Briety if this interests you.
