The grants are available to assist with small maintenance and conservation projects for significant buildings listed in heritage conservation areas.
Applications can be made for minor repairs and maintenance such as external painting, roofing, restoration of timber windows and awning replacement across heritage sites in the region.
Grants between $1,500 and $5,000 are available, with matched funding to be provided by the applicant.
Any proposed works are to obtain appropriate approvals.
While, applicants are required to supply two quotes for the proposed work.
Council currently recognises more than 450 individually listed heritage items and four heritage conservation areas in the Mid-Western Region.
Applications close on Friday, September 4, 2020 and can be made on Council's website.
