In a remarkable set of coincidences in the middle of July, the Kandos Waratahs rugby league team included two fourth-generation players - and a father/son combination - all playing in the same team for the first time, in the first game of the 2020 season.

National positivity boost
Nedd Brockmann is running 50 marathons to raise money for Australian Red Cross
Running one marathon is a tall order, but Nedd Brockmann has set himself an even mightier task: run 50 marathons in 50 days.
"Every Tuesday when I venture into the city for TAFE I always see homeless people doing it tough and sleeping rough," he said.
"I feel like I'm really in a position where I should be able to help."

Shout out to Jonathan from Mudgee grassfed lamb (butcher in the centre where Coles is) individually cut and weighed my meat for me and didn't complain! Said he loved the challenge and was more then happy to do it! Well done champion and I'll definitely be a returning customer any of the bodybuilders in town that are on a strict meal plan like myself go and see him!
