Mr Cojuangco, who founded Gooree Park, passed away earlier this year on June 16, with many in the racing industry mourning the loss.
"Gooree Park has been a wonderful supporter of the Mudgee Race Club for more than 25 years and for that we are very thankful," a post by Mudgee Race Club read on social media.
The event will also be celebrating Andrew Baddock's dedication of 35 years of service to Gooree Park Stud.
Members of the public are invited to attend and participate in the day, including Fashions on the Fields that will be judged by Jo McKinnon.
Due to COVID-19 protocols, anyone wishing to attend must reserve seating by emailing colleen@hwy.com.au, with race goers to remain seated throughout the day unless betting, competing in Fashions on the Field or purchasing food and drink.
Gates open at 11am with the first race to jump at 1.10pm at the Mudgee Racecourse.
