The primary school group broke into teams of three and participated in a round robin competition.
The team who has had the bye each round practiced indoor hockey or Intercontinental Hockey 5s skills with boards set up around a small field.
Meahwhile, the Minis Cake and Dessert Co encouragement awards went to Henry M and Bertie, and for Primary School Jarrah and Sienna.
The Squeeez Juice Bar awards for High School went to Thomas and Alex.
"These awards give coaches an opportunity to reward good behaviour and effort, and motivate the children to do their best," Jo Ioane, Mudgee Junior Hockey Co-coordinator said in an earlier interview with the Mudgee Guardian.
Junior hockey is held at Victoria Park each Friday afternoon with minis (ages 4 to 8) playing from 4.30pm to 5pm, primary school from 4.30pm to 5.30pm, and high school from 6pm to 7pm.
