On the final day of their journey, more than 200 fundraisers set off from Mudgee's AREC site on November 20, heading towards Lue as part of Variety's Resurrection Run.

The Variety Resurrection Run began on Sunday, November 15 from Newcastle and has passed through Merriwa, Dubbo, Girilambone, Bourke, Louth, Cobar, Lake Cargelligo, Parkes, Wellington, Mudgee before finishing up at the Hunter Valley on Friday, November 20.
