Wow, where do I start.
Ultimate Care is Marg's baby, her second family.
Although her 'real' family may disagree with this, given all the time and energy she puts into her business, therapists and clients over the years, it's true.
Marg closed the doors to 61 Church Street on Saturday, December 12 after 16 years of serving the beautiful Mudgee community only to open a brand new space at 156 Church Street that was designed by her lovely daughters, Jordan and Sophie.
What a time to be doing the big move with only days to Christmas but Marg is always up for a challenge.
2020 has been a stressful year for everyone, but we have to applaud Marg for never stopping. Not even after we had to close the doors at the end of March due to COVID.
Marg was there for her lovely loyal clients to reassure them that if they needed anything she would personally deliver products to them.
She even made up kits to help clients with treatments at home, and did zoom facials that were very successful. Ultimate Care also volunteered during this time with Meals on Wheels.
You may not always see Marg in the salon when you come in, but she is always working behind the scenes, looking at new training for her therapists and the latest products that deliver real results.
Marg also had to deal with some serious health issues last year that could have been the last straw for some, but she took the time she needed to heal and felt comfortable knowing her business would be in safe hands.
So, a new chapter begins. We are all so excited to be doing this with Marg and her loyal clients.
