Featuring some of Mudgee's most delightful produce, the Mudgee Farmers' Markets will make their monthly return this Saturday.
The event will be held on April 17 at Robertson Park, Mudgee from 8.30am to 12.30pm.
COVID-Safe guidelines will be followed.
Rylstone Community Markets
Rylstone - what's not to love?
This Sunday (April 18) will feature the monthly Rylstone Community Markets.
Held at the Globe Hotel gardens, the event will commence at 10am with a COVID-Safe plan in place.

Wings, wheels and wine
The ever-impressive airshow will be back for 2021 showcasing all things exciting.
Not only will air-displays and classic vehicles be on show, but there will be plenty of local market stalls set up, offering all sorts of produce, wares and items.
A number of wineries will also be in attendance to offer their drops for attendees.

First Aid Training courses
SUNDAY 18th April, First Aid With Kev will be conducting Nationally Accredited First Aid Training Courses in Mudgee at the Comfort Inn, 1 Sydney Road Mudgee.
Cost of the courses are:
- HLTAID003 Provide First Aid - $130 per person.
- HLTAID001 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) - $60 per person.
Course starts at 9:00am.
The course is being offered on SUNDAY to allow people who are not able to get time off work during normal working hours the opportunity to enrol.
Gulgong Seniors Week lunch
The Gulgong Senior's Week lunch is nearing with a day full of entertainment and delightful food on offer.
Following the lunch, the Gulgong Pensioners' and Superannuants' meeting will be held.

'Man About A Dog' tour
Tim Freedman will bring The Whitlams new single 'Man About a Dog' to Mudgee on April 18.
Tim will recount stories, reinvent favourites like 'Blow Up the Pokies' and 'No Aphrodisiac' and play some tracks from The Whitlams forthcoming album 'Gaffage and Clink' due for release later this year.

Mudgee Race Club meet
Following on from the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles v Gold Coast Titans clash at Glen Willow Stadium, Mudgee Race Club will be hosting their second race meet for the month on the April 18.
Locally trained horses are expected to be contesting, as well as various other competitors from various stables across the Central West.

Weaving workshop with Di Pirotta
North East Wiradjuri Company will be hosting a series of three Weaving Workshops at their Aboriginal Cultural Centre in Kandos.
Run by Di Pirotta and assisted by Leanne Windle and Virginia Doig, the three workshops focus on different traditional skills and practices including string making and coiling to make individual simple baskets, twining and knotting to make netting for fishnets or dillybags, and how to make an eel trap, fish trap or fishing line.
Costs for each workshop at $10 each.

Rosby presents 'Fuelled' solo exhibition by Alex Scheibner
Fuelled, the exhibition, showcases the perspective of artist, Alex Scheibner, of the relationship a connection to place, objects and memories.
The collection of paintings and sculptures draws inspiration from the recent Australian bushfires, contemplating our place in this volatile rural landscape and our responsibility to it.

Mudgee Readers' Festival - special event
On Sunday, March 28, Augustine Mudgee will be hosting a high tea featuring Vanessa McCausland.
Vanessa is the author of The Valley of Lost Stories, a new novel set in the Capertee Valley.

Returning on August 21 and 22, the Mudgee Readers' Festival will be 'packed to the rafters' with stories from popular authors, talks from creators, discussions and 'fabulous' wine pairings.

The Mudgee Young Readers' Festival will take place on August 11 with trivia, talks, reading parties, and more.
