I just want to congratulate the amazing staff at 53 Food Co. today on displaying incredible resilience and professionalism in extreme weather conditions. Through torrential rain, hail and wind the staff continued to serve food and look after all of their guests. It was seriously legendary to witness! Not only does 53 Food Co. serve up delicious food but they certainly have incredible staff to support this great business. Well done to everyone working today, your efforts were truly remarkable!

A rosy end to a senseless act of vandalism at Gulgong Public School
It was a small act of vandalism that struck a nerve in the Gulgong community and energised scores of people who were eager to help.
In November 2020, Gulgong Public School had a row of freshly-planted roses yanked out through the fence by a vandal the day after they were planted.

'I cried': Tears flow after Lifted squad walk away with 9 records, 5 medals
Overwhelmed with pride, the Lifted Strength and Nutrition team were flowing with a sense of achievement after walking away from a recent competition with nine Australian records and five medals.
At the Nemesis Fitness hosted event, husband and wife coaching duo, Dylan (1) and Hannah (8) McDonald proved they are the ultimate role models for their team, having set the new round of records.

A 14 year journey for Katrina Curry from teen to hairdressing entrepreneur
From humble beginnings 14 years ago to a striking reband, K + Co Hair Lounge have settled into their new, much larger space on Mortimer Street.
Previously located on Church Street, the salon headed by Katrina Curry, now calls the former 'Simply Devine' site home after extensive renovations that were completed early this year.
