Fresh charges have been laid against the 25-year-old man who allegedly hit and killed two young boys in a fatal car crash at Wellington earlier this year.

Jacob Steven Donn, 25, was formally refused bail in Dubbo Local Court in early January following the double fatal crash on January 5, initially facing 14 charges.
However on Thursday, almost two months since the crash, following further inquiries police laid additional 12 charges against Donn.

Charges included two counts of manslaughter and several dangerous driving offences while under the influence of drugs.
He is due to appear before Dubbo Local Court on March 10.
Appearing via video link from Bathurst Correctional Centre, Donn entered no pleas when he was formally refused in Dubbo Local Court by magistrate Therese Hamilton on January 12.
Ms Hamilton said there was an unacceptable risk of him failing to appear and he had a history of unlicensed driving matters.
She also cited the circumstances surrounding the alleged hit-and-run as one of the reasons the accused was deemed a flight risk.
"It is a matter of concern that he has been dealt with previously for unlicensed driving, never licensed, several times in 2016 and in 2018," Magistrate Hamilton told the court.
Emergency services had been called to Warne Street in Wellington following reports five pedestrians had been struck by a red Holden commodore on January 5.
It's alleged Donn fled the scene of the incident before police arrived.
Police were told a 34-year-old woman and four boys - aged six, seven, nine and 10 - were walking along footpath on the side of the road when they were struck by a Holden Commodore.
They were treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics however the two younger boys - six and seven - died at the scene.
The woman was airlifted to Westmead Hospital suffering spinal injuries while the 10-year-old boy sustained a serious leg injury, and the nine-year-old boy sustained minor injuries.
Police allege Donn also attempted to run from officers after he was found at a home following the crash, but after a short foot pursuit he was arrested.
