After last weekend's last-gasp draw with the Monaro Colts the Rams still remain in the Laurie Daley Cup's top two but, given the tight nature of the competition, a win is needed in the final round to assure a place in the semis.
Kurt Hancock's side will be in action at Tamworth against the Greater Northern Tigers, a side just one point below them on the ladder.
"We have to win on the weekend," Hancock said.
"It's our last game of it so we want to make it our best one."
Hancock was speaking after last weekend's draw in Canberra, a match in which the Rams produced their most sluggish performance of the season.

Hancock put it down to an emotional and physically demanding campaign up to this point and he has urged his players to take it easy this week to be refreshed for the final round.
"I'm quietly confident they'll get it together and they understand that themselves and I still believe we're a way better side than them (Monaro)," Hancock added.
The Rams welcome back fullback Sam Lane for Saturday's match after the Lithgow junior missed last weekend through injury.
That will allow Braye Porter to revert to five-eighth but the Rams will be without exciting Parkes youngster Toby Miller for the crucial fixture.
While Hancock is obviously hopeful his side can deal with the changes again and get the job done, the experienced mentor is well aware there is a bigger picture.
The Laurie Daley Cup involves many of the state's most exciting juniors and giving them every chance to shine and potentially take the next step in their careers is a major part of the competition.
"We've rotated players and made changes and given the boys exposure in front of selectors and scouts," Hancock said.
The Rams under 16s are also in action on Saturday but can't make finals regardless of the result against the Tigers given they've won just once in the opening four rounds.
Captain Mick Coady will again miss the match after suffering a head knock two weeks ago while halfback Kaydden Hoad is also out.
Nyngan's Will Black will wear the number seven jersey for the match against the Tigers while Will Cuthill will play at fullback and Ronan Hunt-Cameron shifts to hooker.
The under 16s play at 10am while the under 18s kick-off at 11.20am.
