Every NSW resident aged 18 and over will be eligible for four $25 vouchers, worth $100 in total, to spend in participating businesses.
Dine and Discover NSW vouchers will be divided into two categories:
- Two $25 vouchers to be used for eating in at restaurants, cafes, bars, pubs and clubs
- Two $25 vouchers to be used for entertainment and recreation, including cultural institutions, live music, and arts venues
"We know that dining, hospitality and tourism businesses were among those hardest hit as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, and these vouchers not only provide $100 worth of relief for residents but it also provides a stimulus for businesses that are still bouncing back," Member for the Dubbo electorate, Dugald Saunders, said.
"This program is being facilitated through Service NSW, and the easiest way to access the vouchers is through the Service NSW app, but for those without a smartphone or who prefer the hard copy, there is also the opportunity to visit a Service NSW centre and apply that way."
Businesses can register to participate in the program at any time through the Service NSW website, and vouchers are valid until June 30, 2021.
The vouchers can only be used at eligible businesses that have implemented a COVID Safety Plan and are registered as COVID Safe.
