A second person was been arrested and charged on Thursday in relation to an alleged murder in the Central West earlier this year, with a 25-year-old man facing charges of being an accessory after the fact to murder.

Emergency services were called to Johnson Street in Forbes after a man was allegedly scene assaulting another man who was lying on the ground, at about 4am on Saturday, January 23.
Officers from Central West Police District discovered a 43-year-old man lying on the ground outside a home and starting CPR before NSW Ambulance paramedics arrived, however efforts to revive him failed and he died at the scene.
A crime scene was established which was forensically examined and local detectives - assisted by the State Crime Command's Homicide Squad - began an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the man's death.
Following inquiries, police arrested a 30-year-old man at a home in Forbes on Sunday, January 24 who was subsequently taken to Parkes Police Station and charged with murder, before being refused bail.
He was refused bail again at Dubbo Courthouse on Sunday, January 26 before facing Orange Local Court the following day, with the matter still before the courts.
Following further extensive inquiries detectives arrested a second man just before 9am on Thursday at a home in Mount Warrigal, in the Shellharbour area.
The 25-year-old man was taken to Lake Illawarra Police Station where he was charged with being an accessory after the fact to murder, he was refused bail and is expected to appear at Wollongong Local Court on Friday, April 9.
