Mudgee's Westfund Health Insurance members and local staff met with various Westfund representatives, including CEO Mark Genovese, on Friday, May 7 to mark the Mudgee Care Centre's relocation.

In his speech to members and staff, Mr Genovese said the move is a demonstration of the commitment the not-for-profit health fund has with the local region.
"We're really proud of our staff and the facilities here. We are determined to make sure our facilities are first class for our members," he said.
"We know how important face-to-face service is. It wasn't a great move, it was only 10 yards away, but we wanted to make sure we had some more space and to re-confirm our commitment to this community."
The Mudgee Westfund branch can now be located at Shop 3 - 130 Church Street, Mudgee.
