The young swoopers put on a clinical display at Sid Kallas Oval on Saturday afternoon.
Cowra managed to take advantage of poor discipline and handling errors coming from the Dragons, with Gary Cheng posting the first points.
Bill Statham used his strength to barge over the Mudgee tryline shortly after, taking the score to 12-0 at the first drinks' break.
The Magpies continued to put pressure on Mudgee's defensive line, with Daniel Hatch crossing for the first of his two tries before halftime.
Mudgee managed post points through a Corey Armstrong try, however it would be the only scoreboard joy they would receive for the remainder of the match.
Hatch crossed again, while Charlie Jeffries sealed the deal for the Magpies to take the final score to 30-4.
