Council's Manager Economic Development, Alina Azar said business owners, operators, staff and students can still look forward to another fantastic event just later in the year.
"Nothing else has changed with this year's event other than the date," Ms Azar said.
"Obviously the ongoing situation in Sydney has influenced our decision and the health and safety of our community has always been first and foremost, so I am pleased we've been able to work with our speakers and lock in a future date.
"Council has developed this event with small business in mind, and we have entrepreneurs from a broad cross section of industries from renovation, design and construction, social media, fashion and retail, technology, tourism, agribusiness and hospitality, all sharing their insights."
Leading this year's event are The Block favourites, Kyal and Kara.
Since featuring on the Channel Nine program, the couple have launched their own design and construction business and completed more than 35 renovation program as well as building a huge social media following.
Co-founder of one of Australia's biggest swimwear brands, Budgy Smuggler, Adam Linforth will share his experiences developing a fashion brand that is now shipped internationally.
Founding partner of Straight to the Source, Tawnya Bahr, will discuss agribusiness and matching chefs and the public with growers and farmers, and co-founder of Knafeh, Ameer El-Issa will talk about launching his hugely popular businesses in Sydney, Melbourne and New York.
The Central West Young Entrepreneurs Summit will be held at Parklands Resort, Mudgee on Thursday, October 21.

Tickets for the first date will be honoured in October and ticketholders will be contacted by Council.
