Partnering up with Yoga Seeds, guests will be invited to take part in a four hour yoga workshop in the Lodge, with expansive views of the valley on the 750-acre property on August 7.
"The front living space of the lodge will be turned into a yoga studio and the great thing about the space is being set amongst the beautiful expansive valley views," Ms Lydiard said.
Amy Lou Wilson of Yoga Seeds said they had floated the idea of a collaboration previously, but Ms Lydiard's business was normally heavily booked and this was a great opportunity to provide an outlet for like-minded women in the Mudgee region in the absence of visitors.
"We saw the opportunity to hopefully involve the locals and allow them to regroup with the tricky situation we all find ourselves in," Ms Lou Wilson said.
The four-hour workshop will involve "restorative yoga and some reflective journaling," which Ms Lou Wilson said was open to people of all abilities.
"It's a chance for women to commune and connect with other like-minded women," she said.
Following the workshop guests will be invited to take part in a 'silent walk' to a series of granite caves on the property.
"The caves are really beautiful and there is a sense of awe about them that we can often forget when we're rushing around," Ms Lou Wilson said.
"There is a lot of stress and uncertainty in our lives and when we find that sense of awe, whether it be going out and looking at the stars, or those beautiful caves, there is an experience there."
Ms Lou Wilson said she hoped the yoga session would help alleviate any physical tension guests felt, while a writing session and the walk would allow for some deeper introspection and reflection.
"The yoga will release the tension and so then when you're writing you have this beautiful stream of consciousness and the walk will be a chance to take that reflection a little bit deeper."
Ms Lydiard said following the walk, guests will enjoy some food platters and a sampling of local wines with an aim would be to showcase the wonderful produce from around the Mudgee region.
"We have so much at our fingertips - it's just so easy to source local products and that's what we're aiming to do," she said.
Ms Lou Wilson said the region was famous for its beautiful produce and wine, while the yoga could be a different experience for many, but said it was exciting to combine the two.
"We're doing a bit of both, it's all about balance," she said.
Overnight accommodation for the workshop is available with Ms Lydiard saying the lodge can accommodate for 40 guests.
There are still places open for the workshop, will bookings available on the Odd Frog Lodges website.
Both women said they were hopeful to expand on the collaboration, while Ms Lou Wilson is also growing to include yoga for kids, adults and moving into bespoke home yoga experiences.
