Inspired by a social media post, Tegan Stathopoulos and her daughters Indi (8) and Gigi (5) have created a 'kindness table' to sprinkle some positivity.
"There's a lady I follow on Instagram who had put up a video encouraging other people to do it," Tegan said.
"We go for walks and collect things along the way like rocks, flowers and plants.
"The girls paint the rocks and turn sticks into nature wands. They also made some cards for people to give to others to pass on some kindness.
"With so much division around lately, this is something we wanted to do."
With increased foot traffic around the area as many aim to get their daily dose of sunshine, the Stathopoulos girls hope their simple acts of kindness brighten the days of all who stop by.
"We don't know what's going on in people's lives at the moment so if we can make someone smile, that's what it's all about," Tegan said.
"We've had someone send photos of our table saying it made their day and thanking us.
"I would definitely encourage other people to do it especially since there are so many people out walking at the moment.
"We will keep on doing it and think of different things we can put on the table."
