A development application that is on display until October 1 proposes that a larger KFC store be built along the easter end of town at 33-35 Horatio Street.

The home that currently sits on the land would be demolished to make way for the 40 seat store according to the development application currently listed on the council website and submitted by local businessman Peter Consadine.
According to the DA, motorists would enter the drive-through heading west along Horatio Street.
Residents were able to make submissions until October 1.
