The November 28 meeting welcomed the largest number of competitors to ever attend the carnival, and despite the numbers, Mudgee swimmers were victorious.
Special mentions go to the following swimmers:
- Banjo Fitzgerald - one second and a third
- Ruben Elsegood - one second
- Charles Stevens - one second and one third place
- Archie Callander - once first place
- Benji Edwards - one second place
- Arthur Keightley - two firsts and one second
- Ed McGilvray - one first and one third
- William Letham - one second and one third
- Angus Littler - two seconds and two thirds
- Lybbie Constable - one second and one third
- Oliver Boldiston - one third
- Sammi Atkinson - three thirds
- Anthea Kearins - one first, three seconds and three thirds
- Callum Wilson - two seconds and two thirds
- Charlotte Wilson - four firsts, one second and one third
- Tom Hawkins - three firsts, two seconds and three thirds
- Nate Atkinson - six firsts and four seconds
Charlotte Wilson was a powerhouse taking out the $200 prize money winning the senior female skins event.
Several meet records were also broken on the day:
- Charlotte Wilson 50 freestyle (28.65), 100 freestyle (1.02.27).
- Nate Atkinson 50 butterfly (26.74), 100 butterfly (1.04.87), 100 backstroke (1.09.61).
A handful of Mudgee swimmers will attend this weekend's carnival in Warren.
