Road closure update on Thursday, September 22, 9am

Please be advised the following roads are CLOSED:

  • Jacksons Lane 
  • Old Barneys Reef Road 
  • Linburn Lane
  • Birkalla Road 
  • Kurtz Lane
  • Black Springs Road 
  • Spring Creek Road
  • Putta Bucca Road
  • Crowleys Road

The following roads remain OPEN:

  • Lue Road at Ulan Road roundabout
  • Wilbertree Road 
  • Snakes Creek Road
  • Laheys Creek Road
  • Spring Ridge Road
  • Burrendong Dam Road 
  • Green Gully Road
  • Barneys Reef Road 
  • Glen Alice Road 
  • Fitzgerald Street 
  • Lue Road (low level bridge at Mount Knowles)
  • Hayes Gap Road 
  • Burrundulla Road
  • Rocky Water Hole Road 
  • Ulan Road 
  • Cope Road 
  • Wollar Road 
  • Pyangle Road 
  • Pitts Lane 
  • Mebul Road (Jamica Park causeway)

Council’s Roads Staff are currently inspecting and monitoring roads for closure.

The following roads have been inspected and OPENED:

  • Lue Road at Ulan Road roundabout OPEN but use caution as there is still water over the road
  • Wilbertree Road
  • Crowleys Lane
  • Snakes Creek Road
  • Laheys Creek Road
  • Spring Ridge Road
  • Burrendong Dam Road
  • Green Gully Road
  • Barneys Reef Road
  • Spring Creek Road
  • Glen Alice Road
  • Fitzgerald Street
  • Lue Road (low level bridge at Mount Knowles)

Other closures

Please be advised that due to the continued wet weather conditions, Lawson Park is closed and no new bookings are being accepted for sporting grounds at this stage.

Clubs or schools that have existing bookings will need to liaise with Council's Parks and Garden team regarding the condition and usage of the grounds.

Ground assessment will also need to be undertaken.
