Cementa organisers will be we holding a public forum to discuss the delivery of the Cementa17 Contemporary Arts festival and future Cementa festivals on June 4 at 2pm at the Kandos Returned Services Community Club. The Kandos-Rylstone community are invited to attend to offer constructive criticism and contribute ideas for future festival.
